In addition to the meticulous care that Pietro Rocca has always dedicated to plants, our farm stands out for the peculiarity of its land.
Situated on a hill, it enjoys a winnowed and sunny microclimate as well as a well-drained soil naturally favourable to olive growing.
The Rocca Garda DOP Oil has the fruitiness of green olive, flavour of vegetables, aromas of sweet almond and a delightful artichoke aftertaste which depends on the vintage year.
Bitter and spicy are well balanced, never intrusive.
In the last olive-growing seasons, we have produced also single variety extra virgin olive oil.
Our extravirgin olive oil Armonia, made of the varieties FS 17 and Don Carlo, achieved the prestigious “three leaves”, the greatest award grated by the Gambero Rosso’s guide “OLI D’ITALIA 2019”. Aromatic profile: arugula, aromatic herbs, herb, pepper, balsamic. Green, persistent.
